Dani

Dani fell in love with yoga back in 2010 with a home practice. She remembers quickly saying I may not be able to do all of this stuff, but I am sure going to try. After having her first daughter in 2012 she signed up for her first teacher training at the 200 level at The LI Kula Yoga and Wellness Center. She thought it would be a fun way to bridge the gap between her love for yoga, and her love for children as an ABA Therapist for children with Autism. She quickly learned that she was not only there to bridge the gap, but also for herself. Dani went on to complete her 300 level in 2014 as well as her Reiki Master attunements.
Dani believes that the universe has a mission for her as a healer to both children and adults, through ABA, yoga and reiki. Which is why in 2016 she founded LILA Family Yoga. She wants to create an environment that fits the needs of every family, every child and everyBODY in an inclusive way. Everything Dani has designed in her studio, has been with the thought of what do people need, and what she would want for her own family.
Dani's style of teaching always has a meaning and a powerful message, weither it be for children in kids yoga classes, mom's in mommy and me, adults or teens, Dani is always finding a way to connect the concept of mind, body and spirit through yoga.
Dani lives in the community with her growing family of two daughters, husband and two wild huskies. When Dani isn't on her mat, or with her family, you can usually find her researching something, attending school, or furthering her knowledge with whatever peaks her interest at the moment.
